from the 70's or 80's but I wasn't sure. Anyway, the movie is about a
young guy who dies in a crash and returns as a ghost/spirit to his
girlfriend. She freaks out and they both realize that she is the only
one who can see him. He hangs around her alot and she is afraid of him
leaving her again. He tells her he thinks he was sent back to her as a
ghost to tell her something and then when that is done he must go
again. She doesn't want him to leave her again. One day she goes
somewhere with the family, I wanna say church and while she was gone
he returned to heaven. She came home to find that his spirit was gone
and that upset her so much that she committed suicide. In the
emergency room her heart stops and her spirit leaves her body and
meets her boyfriends spirit. His spirit tells hers that God says its
not time for her to go yet and she cries saying she wanted to be with
him and doesn't want to live. She returns to her body and awakens and
later is wheeled out to a room where many patients are and sees a man
who looks like her boyfriend but he doesnt know her. she finally
realized that God returned her boyfriend to her but as a different
person so they are given a second chance at love.
P.S. every time I search for this movie online people always answer
back "could it be Ghost"? I tell them no and that ghost is not even
close to this and then they stop helping me to find my movie cuz at
that point they are stumped. so no, sorry, its not "Ghost" i do not
have a clue what it is called cuz I came in just after it read the
title.
any help would be appreciated. Ive been searching for this movie for
10 plus years.
